• Send monthly Meeting Invitations in coordination with the sponsoring company.
• Preparing Posters and mailers for monthly meetings.
• Preparing Posters and mailers for events (Workshops, Conferences and Competitions etc.)
• Coverage (Video, Photos etc.) for meeting and events.
• Recording, Preparing and Sending Minutes of Meetings to the members.
• Creating and maintaining Website.
• Maintaining mailing list.
• Moderating discussion groups.
• Posters and publicity material for events.
• Coordinating with Media and publications.
• Publishing Newsletter

• Study the areas of interest of the people and the industry to identify the focus and topic for organizing presentations, discussions, workshops and conferences etc. as part of the activities.
• Identify the people in the industry who can be invited to give talks, presentations, trainings and workshops etc. on the identified focus and topics.

• Scheduling of annual events including workshops, conferences, competitions
• Organizing logistics and support for these events.
• Organizing venue, resources, refreshment and other logistics for the individual events.
• Generating Sponsorships

• Create interest on HCI activities among the IT and other professionals and enroll them as member.
• Organize membership drives in organizations and academic institutions.
